JollyRaleigh provides professional photography services through a 3rd party vendor, including but not limited to holiday decorating, lighting installation, and photography sessions. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All bookings require confirmation and may require a deposit. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as specified during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to our separate Booking Policy for detailed cancellation and refund terms. Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, communicating any special requirements or safety concerns.

JollyRaleigh retains the right to use photographs taken during our services for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, please email us at info@jollyraleigh.com to opt-out. Clients will receive agreed-upon deliverables as specified in their service agreement.

JollyRaleigh or it's 3rd party vendor carries appropriate business insurance. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items that may be affected by weather conditions after installation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JollyRaleigh and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
